Blue Flutter Sleeve Short Dress

I wore this to a beach brunch with sneakers and it stayed breezy all afternoon—the flutter sleeves really do move with you instead of clinging. Even after sitting for hours, the dress didn’t wrinkle much, which is rare for something this light.

The flutter sleeves are such a nice touch — they move with you and make the whole dress feel lighter than it looks. I wore it to brunch with sandals and got compliments before I even sat down. Easily my new go-to for warm weather days.

The flutter sleeves really do move nicely when you walk, and the fabric feels light enough for warm weather without being see-through. Only giving four stars because the fit runs a bit loose in the waist for my taste, but it's still a cute easy throw-on for a casual outing.
